FCS helps AF club owners collect on their membership and PT debt after they’ve been delinquent for 90 days

Day 1 of Delinquency

ABC will automatically follow up with the delinquent member

Day 90 of Delinquency

ABC stops their follow up process and collection efforts halt. These accounts are now considered RFCs (Returned for Collections) within ABC.

Day 91 of Delinquency

If you choose to utilize FCS – ABC will automatically send these RFC accounts to us and FCS will start the collection efforts. Collection efforts will continue as long as the statutes in your state allow (typically 5 years).
